Well, it does look nice. It depends if you are buying it for your own collection or to resell. Are you near him or is he going to have to ship it to you. Maybe try to talk him down, it is a Conquest .15 so they are not extremely rare. Otherwise $105 isn't bad since MECOA still sells Conquest .15 engines for $150+ (they have been out of stock every time I looked at it) Plus this is vintage "Cox" Conquest .15 and not some new "RJL" thing. I would also make sure it has "COX" on it and not "K&B", I guess some people have found K&B ones in Cox boxes and Cox ones in K&B boxes...
