Sure Start Throttle Question
I am talking about the sure start throttles on the choke tube that Bernie sells at Cox International. Question is, will on of these mount to a Killer Bee backplate?

Re: Sure Start Throttle Question
Hi rainyday, yes it does:
The only thing you need is an O ring sunk into the groove of the choke tube where it attaches to the air intake on the backplate, to secure air-tight mating.
The screw tabs on the choke tube may bend a bit though because the KB air intake tube is a bit longer than on the Sure Start. But otherwise it works.

Re: Sure Start Throttle Question
Thanks much! Just curious why you have the sure start choke tube throttle tied to the exhaust ring throttle?

Re: Sure Start Throttle Question
It was a double throttling experiment when the intake and exhaust throttling were synchronised. It works quite well.
