My MCLS newsletter for anyone who's interested
I publish this newsletter the week of each of our MCLS club meetings. It goes out to about 225 subscribers and I fear some of them get lost in spam folders. It occurred to me some of you here might be interested, so I'll post the link. It's in my Dropbox folder which I believe to be safe. I covered the Huntersville contest and had Triple Tree ready too, but at 2:00 this morning, I forgot to plug it in
Here's the July issue:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/zn8t3dxtei59xfc/7-July%202017.pdf?dl=0
The first 4 pages are club business, possibly boring, but it gets more colorful after that.
I usually put a bunch of videos in it, but I accidentally left that section out last night... actually, this morning.
* Click the Dropbox link (or copy and paste it into your browser's address bar)
* Ignore the “Log-In” prompt.
* Click anywhere else on the page(outside of the Log-in prompt) and your file will become visible.
* Either open it and read it right there, or save it to your computer. If you have any trouble, let me know and I’ll help you out. Hope you enjoy the reports, pictures and videos(No videos in the July issue).
The archives of all the issues I've written can be accessed at this link:
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/b66ijo7zsvrfqp9/AAD5XUYeMXHoTDgtKsajRThNa?dl=0
If the link in your email doesn't seem to be active, just select the text, copy it, and paste it into your browser's address bar.

Nice job RUsty!! What a wordsmith you are! Great pictures too. I do have one silly question, on page 8 under 1/2a combat, it indicates PB 061's are allowed. What is that? I'm guessing it's a brand of engine, or Pressure Blader sizes up to 061?
I got a good chuckle out of your comment on transferring the GPS from your computer to your phone.

Thanks for the link....I enjoyed the read.

Thanks, Marley, I enjoy writing it. Though I could probably do a better job if I didn't wait so late to get it going.
Plain Bearing .061, like the Big Mig or MP Jet. There are others too, but it used to be restricted to .049. At least at our contests, we allow the .061 as long as it's not a ball bearing engine.
I better go back and see what kinds of funnies I wove into it, sometimes it just spills out. I like adding humor whenever possible.
Glad you enjoyed it.
