Pee Wee .020 diesel crank
Does anyone have a picture of a Pee Wee .020 heavy duty diesel crank? I think Davis may have made one.

Re: Pee Wee .020 diesel crank
I don't think there ever was one for the pee wee engine. The stock crank has held up fine for me, but you have made sure that you have a good sealing head where you can release the compression setting enough. The DDD one with their teflon disks are very dangerous here. Mine was to high on the compression setting, plus the Teflon would never seal well enough. The solution is to grind off a bit from the counter piston in lathe, and to make a disc from sheet metal instead. Brass has worked well for me there.

I contacted Davis and he made one at one time, but he didn't have any pictures.

Here is a short video of mine after the fix, spins a graupner 6x3 prop at around 9500rpm, and pulls a J3 cub around with authority.
