When I forget to switch my camera from incandescent lighting to normal mode, and then shoot outdoors, it enhances blue, and I expect it might make a yellow prop look green. It also doesn't focus quite right. I shot my whole Bladder Cranking video like that and it came out blueish and fuzzy looking.

The engine on the T-6 was frozen up after it stopped but it is turning freely with good compression now. I took it apart and can't find anything wrong with it. I have another modified speed bee to try in its place for now. The M P Jet is ready to go if anything is wrong with the new engine. Rain is expected this weekend, so is a long list of house work. I hope to at least run the engine this weekend.

That's very strange. Is this a Valentine customized .049? Did you notice if there was any end-play when the crank wouldn't rotate? Is it bushed or plain/anodized aluminum. Any sign of scuffing from piston slap or the crank-pin scrubbing the backplate or reed housing. I don't know what else it might be.

Piston and cylinder look good. I thought that the rotating disc (rear disc induction) might have come off its pin but that looked fine with no signs of galling. No end play. Maybe this was a heat issue of some sort. I am considering changing the cylinder/piston but hate to change parts without knowing what the problem is. This engine had problems when it ran up too fast but I thought that I had solved that. I am going to look further this weekend and hopefully find something. It is too pretty to not use. I guess if there were no mysteries to solve then it wouldn't be fun enough to keep out attention, kinda like women, just not so soft and squishy in places.
