OEM parts
These were bought years ago and about 15 years. This was close to time cox stoped making ARF's like them. I have seen a few fly and they do work. These are sealed and never been open. I guess collectors just like engines. and planes etc. RC contest with Swap meed next week and bring them there. Maybe find someone who needs nice gift for holiday season ?

I think the Cox helicopters were the bastard step-children of the Cox lineup. Sure, they worked. Usually worked too well. After two or three flights, they usually flew away, never to be seen again...
I have a couple as curiosities, but I'd never fly one.

They do have clear tank and ajust amount of fuel used. Guy has a couple and him, and his two young boys looked like had good time.
they went up and came down easy. close to take off spot. They are Free fligh and adjust run time. Collect/ use or show and go.

With the "invention" of micro-electronics, and the advances in radio control systems the creation of REAL model helicopters, has turned these Cox helicopters into shelf queens or more likely back of the closet queens! I have a couple also just for fun. Have flown them, just to see them work. Mine did land within the flight area and were recovered. Was not so lucky with the Estes rockets....up, up, and far, far away they went, never to be seen again .... Just the contrail in the Marleysky.

Points well taken as far as use etc.. Not many new in original wrap Cox Glow powered models around. These would fly better then most of ARF airplane Cox made. No UC to learn and thet land soft. now someone take them out in wind ..good luck.

Oops, I am very sorry, and apologize. I did not have any intentions to bash your products or items for sale. I was just indicating how I've used mine. If you have not received any want to buy responses, I would suggest you try listing on e bay.

Funny I listed these several times on different forums and no takers. Yet Hobby Shop was eagar to get them. Plus collection of Mite Cars I showed them to owner and traded whole lot. I use to go to collectos when I lived in So. Cal. They don't have them here anymore. They did have one in Jan, but no more. Cool to see history of the hobby over the years. Lots of new stuff today but Hobby was more fun back in the day. I was 12 years old and worked P/T in Hobby shop as a kid. Working papers and bought new RR-1/ Space Hopper when they were sold. then came Original TD'S. Guess you needed to be there to understand.
