Bolt it to anything you want, hopefully aerobatic because that's what Tee Dees are good at. Something between 6 and 10 ounces with a good wing. And they're excellent for freeflight, but that's outside of my realm of knowledge. Kim could help you there. My favorite saying is; Once you go Tee Dee, you'll never go back. The .049s are truly fine engines.

150 square inches of wing or so. Baby Flight Streak is always a good choice, beam mount of course. Brodak has them, or you can scratch build.

To modify these plans extend the nose to just behind the illustrated thrust washer, use hard maple motor (sugar maple) mounts (or some other suitable wood, I don't know what you have available, and if you have access to a table saw to rip a board down to sticks)
White oak is fine with a TD, many shipping skids are white oak. Bamboo flooring and cutting board will work if it is dense enough. Maple flooring is easy enough to get in many areas.
