White plastic gear for Cox Corvette tether car.

White plastic gear for Cox Corvette tether car.
I need a new drive gear for a Cox Corvette tether car.It looks like it is white nylon and several teeth are missing. Is there a replacement gear available? And does one remove the hubcap with out breaking it?
