Cox AT6 Texan Canopy
Hello. I am a newbie here. I have an AT6 Texan and I am Looking for a new canopy for my plane. Does anyone know where to find one? I am having a difficult time finding anything about these planes. Thanks for any help with this.

Re: Cox AT6 Texan Canopy
HODWY TEX, Welcome to the forum. I see your first post is in the "for sale/ wanted" so ya just jumped right in to the right area! I checked two of our favorite Cox suppliers, Ex Model engines! and Cox international. Unfortunately neither has Texan Canopies. If no one on the forum has any in their stash, your next best bet is to watch and search the ebay. There are a few collectors who may be able to give you some pointers as to how to refresh your plane. Go to the "introduce yourself" forum tell us a little more about yourself and your model. Spend some time looking thru the linc on Cox History, and the instruction sheets file there's a ton of info in there too! Remember "fly'em, if you got 'em"
Edit: for some basic info on your plane go here:
http://www.mh-aerotools.de/airfoils/index.htm
You can find out which of the three versions you own.
