Someone registered a domain name and set it to redirect to the MNsure website. Its the state of Minnesota's health insurance exchange that was established as a part of the 2010 Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (AKA "Obamacare"). Its a hot topic that is always in the news. I don't really want to turn this topic into a battle of whether you support Obamacare or not (if it does though, I'll move it to the Redneck Zone).
