Our 50 Ford and a Friend's Piper Cub
Thanks to my friend, I am in love with Piper Cubs more then ever
Our local airport had a fly-in this past October and a new friend of mine took me for a ride in that Piper Cub. My grandpa told me a story of when he was drilling back in Esbon, that a local had one just like it. Grandpa and him struck a deal that if he could drill him a good water well, that he would get the Cub. He told me he drilled all over that property and never could hit water. I never knew who the owner was of that property and plane. Years later grandpa told me that story a couple times and said if he were to have another plane it would be a Cub.

Very cool Travis.. A few weeks ago I was on Cape Cod.. and snapped a couple photos of this truck..
I never knew that Mercury made a truck! It's gotta' be the same year as that Ford in your photo.

Nice old Merc! I wonder if it shared the same grill. Mercury had a truck line in Canada.

I dunno about the grill... these are the only two photos I took.
Here's one I found on Google images.
