Nope, visibility is all I think it will be good for.
I have seen train wheels chew up 4x4's with no difficulty. I have seen a quarter stretched out almost 3 inches long. I have also seen fireworks taped to the tracks go off from compression.
Don't put anything on the tracks, it probably is illegal, and definitely stupid.
