HEARTBLEED take note!!
My wife informed me of a message she received from her employer's IT department of a serious vulnerability threat known as the heartbleed virus. Google it...
This vulnerability allows attackers to intercept and read what would normally be encrypted data exchanges, and to directly access the information held in memory on servers for approximately 66% of the active sites on the internet. It is a bug in the open-source cryptographic software library used to protect communications via SSL/TLS.

I heard of this last week, not much coverage in the news, if you been had its already too late.
All you can do is change your passwords ASAP.

Sorry to report "old news".. I just heard of this today.
Re: HEARTBLEED take note!!
I didn't mean it was old news, it needs more coverage. Very serious issue.

I use online banking, eBay and PayPal. I might have to rethink all of that.

That certainly doesn't inspire confidence. As far as shopping goes, I only use one card, who's policy protects me from theft. Never ever a debit card, I learned that the hard way. I do love the time saving convenience of my online banking.crankbndr wrote:I use online banking, eBay and PayPal. I might have to rethink all of that.
