Strato-Bug
Not sure where this guy got his information, but if he's right, I've got a box full of Strato-Bugs I didn't know about.

Not to me. $20 Down Under First Class. Even that's a rip off. Apparently this guy's a serial offender.

Re: Strato-Bug
I did not look at the items for sale, but I have posed two packages to Australia recently and both were $24~$26 from Central Texas USPS...so $20+/- does not seem too unreasonable to me

Re: Strato-Bug
Yes, one of them was to me, although generally a small First Class package (like my 2 engines returning from the Tach Race) costs around $14.95. But I guess if you're sending a valuable "Strato-Bug" then you need to insure & protect it. Who am I kidding. It's a Babe Bee for goodness sake.

For a few minutes there, I was quite happy!
If this guy sells his, I'm going to put my many
BabeBees up as RR-1s.

Re: Strato-Bug
OK now I feel stupid.
I miss-interpreted Rod's original post... In my head I thought he had bought a whole box of strato bugs
Some times I don't click the link...in this case it would have added context and then I would know that one small item like a cox engine to Aus for $20 or so would indeed be too much
The embarrassed Fred
