Stickers and Decals

Would your "stickers" or "decals" be fuel-proof?

(In my understanding, a "decal" must be soaked in water before application and a "sticker" applies more like a piece of Scotch tape)

Re-reading John Brodak on applying stickers, he recommends a "flash-coating" of clear buytrate be applied to stickers once in place and that's exactly what is did yet the stickers melted and very quickly into a mess.

What am I doing incorrectly? Or maybe I need to call John again. I believe he owes me a new set of stickers for my Lil Toot bipe.

Yeah, I can do it. If you really want some shoot me a PM with the details. I am having decals made up right as we speak and I could throe this one in the mix.

Thanks Wilf! I appreciate the effort involved in sourcing these things. Joe hit me with this same decal last week. My brother in law informed me today that it is coming out grainy when printed. I told him to just do a couple and see how it turns out. I hope you can find one as I haven't had any luck on my end either.
