While studying detonation in piston engines I came across this engine, never knew it existed.

I read a bit of the article. Brilliant design... the "Scotch Yoke"... ingenious principal for replacing a "conventional" crankshaft. I didn't read anything about "cooling"... other than; by design... it does not run hot. I will read more tonight. VERY COOL...
