Thanks so much Ron, That vid was done 7-8 years ago, and has been on my FB page for a few years... but was never uploaded to YouTube until today.Cribbs74 wrote:A man of many talents. Very nice Roddie, thanks for sharing!

I have 7 other original "more recent" piano compositions... in a folder entitled "Nautical". They were all written in one evening... "on the fly" (improvisational) with the catalyst being the arrival of a faster PC that my lovely wife brought home from work, to run my digital recording software on (Pro-Tools). My MAC had died a few years before ... and as a replacement, I had this SLOOOWW "HP" desktop stove... that would freeze-up if I nudged the mouse... so I was psyched to be able to record without issues/crashes. In the rough form that the 7 songs are in, they sound pretty good... but I hear the mistakes. It's kinda' like everybody telling you "great flight"... when you know where you could have been tighter on maneuvers!
The compilation is also not in a video format... which is a whole different ballgame when it comes to sharing to web pages. Hmmmm... Maybe a movie should be made for my soundtrack!

Looks cool... I've never tried on-line collaboration. What genre(s) are "you" currently into? What would I need for a connection? I currently use a "Privia" piano that has a USB port... but I've never used it to connect to a computer. (I'm somewhat of a low-tech musician... by today's standards)daddyo wrote:Wow, really nice. What instrument(s) do "you" play?

I just noodle. You would have to get used to the format since it sorta loops on a set number of measures. You have to put up with a lot of guitarists, but there's lots of good moments. I'm "hooserdaddy" a play on words...
