Cox Engine of The Month
Making a Cox pusher?

Making a Cox pusher?
What do I do to make a pusher out of a reedie? I just built a electric coroplast trainer for the kids at the airshow coming up at the end of the month. But I missed the noise last night while test flying the electric. If they could only make electric sound cool. The plane flew great, really stable and easy to fly and push button start. I just think I want to put a Cox on one. Do I buy the LH spring and put the prop on backwards? It sure would be a cleaner build, no wires hanging everywhere.

You still run the engine right hand and use this prop

So as the engine is running counter clockwise (as you are looking at the prop), with the engine pointed at the tail feathers, and with the writing on the prop facing the nose of the plane?

Great! I just received my order yesterday. I'll have to start another list.

It's gotta smell right too.duke.johnson wrote:If they could only make electric sound cool.
You can do that with no ill effect. They (reedies) start and run exactly the same either way.duke.johnson wrote:

Of course, you can use the left handed prop if you wish.
