Has anybody tried punching a disk of the proper size (15/32, I think, or just under 12mm) and then cutting off the edges? It might be easier than trace and exacto.
I can't find 15/32, but I've found some 12mm leather punches online that might work.

I had the idea but haven't tried it yet. I know Jason_WI has cut them out on a Cricut die-cut machine using computer drawings.
