Thanks Mark. So it probably has the correct cylinder and head.
No, the head is wrong. look at the photos posted again you'll notice the cone shape post of older style glowhead, this is something most people will miss.
The last of the heads will have very little material at base of post and profile of head is vertical.

looks like it has been polished a bit from the looks of it. Too bright to be all original.

Shipping is only $3.95 to me. Seems like the USPS increased the international rates exponentially in the latest rate increase. I shipped 2 small items overseas to the UK last week and the shipping total was $26.
First class mail to Canada for that item is $2.
