Why this Tee Dee has red anodized crankcase. The info said its NIB,
Did cox produced Tee Dee with crankcase red anodize??? Never heard of & make me confused:))

Well if it IS an 051 the black carb body tells us it's been tinkered with and the spinner
just looks as though it's been lifted from a QRC.

Yeah, I agree with John. The best possibility is that it was customized with new parts, and therefore a new assembled engine. Not an original Cox creation, that's for sure.

If you want to know if it really is a custom assembled 051 ask the seller if there is a groove on the bottom of the piston.

If carefully look at, there is mounting marks on crankcase. So not NIB!!
