flooding is alot of the prob. not getting fuel is not i think i need new needles but don't no whitch ones to get.? what engines are these ? have been cleaned i used simple green / water sonic cleaner we use at work for small carburators. also works on stove in pot . not the smokin kind?????!!! BOIL IT. THANKSS AGAIN!!

If they are flooding it is more likely the seals are not sealing, and not the needle, unless the needle is damaged. I have some pretty crash-bent needles that work fine too.
The paper gasket between the case and tank has to seal around the screws or really funny things happen.
The venturi to the backplate has to seal or the fuel pours out the intake, and when you flip it only fuel enters the crankcase. If you aren't going to wait for new seals to arrive, cut some out of silicone fuel line.

The seal between the backplate and the tank rim is a picky one too, some anerobic sealant from the autoparts store has set that right quite quickly for me.
