What type of needle valve assembly is that?

Sweet looking engine. Looks like candy all shiny and new like that.

Fred, the props are old Grish ones that pop up on ebay now and then.
The only pointy spinners I've seen lately are these.

backplate assy. Seen rarely on ebay.
