Ran across this plan and since there are a number of C/L flyers in the group, here's a pic just for viewing. It's not 1/2A, but many of the smaller models may have this in their heritage. Span is 36". It's a Riley Wooten design.

I've always wanted to build one for years. I suppose it was the Lil Satan that made me catch the bug some 30 + years ago. I finally started mine. I'm also covering it in red silk. I hope it just turns out. My dad has had given me this silk which he's had for 50 years. It still looks brand new. Power is going to be a Fox 36 X bb on bladder. The airfoil is quite thin on the Voodoo. The Voodoo isn't a very maneuverable plane. It flies fast in the straights but performance suffers immensely in the turns. For an old design it does fair ok. I'm going to be building a longer boom version than the stock one pictured. It will have booms 6" long trailing edge to hinge point. I did this for my Demon and it really improved the turn rate. Ken
