I went round that old rascal Phil's on Sunday to see how my tank extenders were coming along.
He's almost ( ) finished them but I thought you might like to see what has been holding them

I can't remember all the details but it's 120 (I think) sized, has three to two ratio in the gearbox, will have overhead camshafts and we think will run 4 carbs. He's sourced himself a YT Spitfire for it to live in which is a shame
it's not a V12 for that authentic Merlin or Gryphon sound.
