Big Daddy Roth was my hero. I loved his art and Rat Fink was one of my fav childhood characters to draw. He had a publication called Car Craft which featured Rat Fink. I made plenty plastic models of him and I applaud the fellow who built this. My hats off to the originator. Ken

I don't remember Rat Fink, but I do recall a BAT Fink TV cartoon show from my youth...

Ed Roth was an automotive genius that was way ahead of his time! My favorites are The Outlaw '59, The Beatnic Bandit, The Orbitron and The Road Agent. I also had a lot of fun building his Rat Fink series model car kits when I was a kid.Ken Cook wrote: Big Daddy Roth was my hero. Re:Cox Rat Fink!
Big Daddy Ed Roth was a mainstay in the World of Hot Rods and Custom Cars for about long as anybody and is still influencing a lot of work. If you ever get a chance to go to Southern California, stop by Mooneyes, Inc. in Santa Fe Springs and checkout the original Ed Roth diorama in their showroom!!! Also, the last time I was at Don Garlits' Drag Racing Museum in Ocala, FLorida, Ed Roth's Yellow Fang Top fuel Dragster was on display. Yellow Fang was not the fastest or quickest in it's day,but has the coolest steamlined full body I've ever seen....No wonder the model companies wanted to use his designs......

That is really cool!
Maybe not $160 cool to me, but WOW someone took some time on that.
