I picked up this 190-7 with the throttle and throttle spring. Did this engine come with a left hand no drag starter starter? It doesn't show it in the Cox engine handbook.

This was supposedly used on the Thompson Trophy Racer and the Miss America planes. It also stated to watch for fakes. Which part was faked? The spring with the drilled hole in the crank case? There are 2 holes drilled in my crankcase for the throttle spring. I need a new high compression head as this one is plier chewed.
