I do it the crazy way.

Text message the pics to my pc email addy, then save to the PC once opened (for a copy),,then off of the saved pics folder in the PC to be downloaded onto Photobucket,,then onto here.

Download an app called "picup"

It host's the pictures and gives a url so you can copy and paste and add pics in your message the usual way.

Not sure what the backplate is. Bought the engine at the local hobby shop. Venturi seems to be the same size as a product engine.

The backplate appears to be home made, possibly from a pressurized backplate.

How do you plan to mount it?

I think a modified plastic goldberg mount would work.
