Wanted - Cox .020 Pee Wee backplate
Hi there, i have recently inherited a .020 Pee Wee and an .049 Babe bee from my late father. I have decided that i would like to get both running and maybe onto a model of some description (eventually). Luckily the .049 seems to be in very good condition and apart from a few gaskets and a clean up looks like it will be ok (i have found all the parts to do this on the i'net)
However, having looked at the .020 i have noticed that 2 of the screwguides for the crank case screws have sheared off - i'm guessing that this will cause the fuel tank to leak in a big way?!
I am not only a novice at anything to do with model engine i am also in the UK which seems to be the bigger hindrance.
So is there anyone who might have a spare backplate that they would be willing to sell to me? I am more then happy to pay whatever the shipping will be, i just want to see these engines up and running and learn a little more about my fathers passion from his younger years.
Thanks
