cylinder identification
I have looked at posts that came up when I did internal search for cylinder identification, and found the wikopedia sight that has a chart with drawings. They list #1, #2, and no marks. I have an old cylinder from a Golden Bee that is stamped 3. Where can I find info to identify cylinders?

Re: cylinder identification
Cylinders stamped with the #3 has been seen on many different engines. Can we see a picture? I have a cylinder list currently only for .049 and .051 here http://sites.google.com/site/coxenginecollection/choosing-a-cylinder
Re: cylinder identification
Here is a pen and ink drawing for cylinders 1 - 4. I cannot vouch for the accuracy of the designations.
Re: cylinder identification

One problem I have, now mind you this is just me being particular.andrew wrote:Here is a pen and ink drawing for cylinders 1 - 4. I cannot vouch for the accuracy of the designations.
The NO.4 cyl appears to have either a larger bore or smaller head diameter the the others.

I believe the head threads were drawn undersized --- the cylinders are all the same diameter. I'm inclined to think the drawing was more for showing the bypass and boost ports and the cylinder shoulders.
Re: cylinder identification
I think that may be the diagram that transposes all the numbers to different cylinders.

Re: cylinder identification
I think the #4 cyl in drawings is for very early engines. Pre Babe Bee? I read somewhere that the cyl head threads were smaller.
