hi, im still thinning out the heard model airplane engines
this is a irvine 46 abc almost nib includes everything that is needed except for the muffler screws, engine seems to have a rough bearing but the people at the hobby shop told me that the rough ness should go away with a couple runs
i am asking $50 shipped obo

For those not in the know these engines are Mustard.
They are more powerful than the OS46AX which costs 2.5 times more.
And it'll make an OS46LA look asthmatic.
It looks like a made in England MK2 which is THE one to have.
Good luck with the sale Mitch.

Yeah the MK3 is made by OS with an OS carb for some reason they're just not as good
being a little more tempremental.

yeah guys, the larger stuff is fun to. Try it, it is worth every penny although if you put a finger in a prop of one of these its going to hurt alot more that a .049

This caveat might be of concern to prospective buyers:

"the people at the hobby shop told me that the rough ness should go away with a couple runs"

"Roughness" has a reaon which is best corrected before initial start-up of the Irvine.

Pictures indicate this is a Mk III. But I found references to the Mk 4 being the first OS made version.

The pommie versions have 'Made in England' cast into the crankcase and muffler. The OS versions probably won't!!!
