Well, I made a battery holder, but disappointingly not a single W head lit up. Pretty much what I figured, although I did find two hi-comp heads that worked nicely. At least now I've got something to run one of the 049's with.

You could convert the heads to use a different plug or to diesel heads.

Hey, that's neat. I wasn't aware maintenance or modification could be accomplished on an 049 GH. I'll be searching of course, but does anyone have a heads-up on a good source for how to do this? Thanks.
