Re: Wow factor
make sure you list it at 8:00 pm on a Sunday 7 day or Friday 8 pm on 10 day! and take 12 pictures and get some amazing closeups! 8 30 is better than 8 sometimesAdmin wrote:If you think you need the money, you probably won't find another...

Mercy, my first plane. Totally destroyed of course. After a PT-19, I got another one and flew it till it was worn to shreds. Replaced it with a P40. Still have the yellow Stuka spinners, and Jaspur has my red backplates. So some of them still live! I wish I wish I wish I could have a new one! Not for that kind of money though.

Re: Wow factor
Typically, Sunday is considered the best day to end an auction followed closed by Saturday and then Friday. Most sellers also agree that ending an auction on a holiday is a bad idea.
Perhaps thought the most important timing factor of an auction is the actual time that is does end. You should shoot for auctions that end between 8:30 and 10:30 Eastern US time. This makes it between 5:30 and 7:30 Cali time.
The Eastern sea board represents the greatest concentration of buyers and the period between 10 and 12 is the best solution to optimize their viewing ( and bidding ) while still being effective in the other time zones.
Generally people who do this hobby are retired/soon to be retired older gentlemen who realize the value of waking up early in the morning. Most are in bed 10:30-mignight
More Best Ending Day references
End your auction on Sunday to have the best chance of getting higher bids. More people are at home on Sundays, and buyers often have more time to study and bid on auctions than they do during the rest of the week. Polls taken by the online site AuctionBytes indicate that you should choose Monday if Sunday is not an option. While Saturday was once considered the second-best choice for ending an auction, sellers now feel that bidders are occupied with other things on Saturday and have less time to watch eBay auctions or make bids.
Another thing is to sell not really high value items all day monday while people are at work. People are lazy and dont wanna work and are checking out ebay and buying stuff. Lunch time is very good
Another thing is religion Saturday Jews, Seventh day Adventists, Seventh day baptists. All those religions specifically Follow the 4`th commandment pretty seriously. (Respect the sabbath day and keep it holy.)
5 million jews in the usa
7'th day adventists: The "world church" is governed by a General Conference, with smaller regions administered by divisions, union conferences and local conferences. It currently has a worldwide baptized membership of about 16.3 million people worldwide
I couldn't figure out the us pop.
I was raised 7`th day Adventist so Work and financial expenditures are a NO NO for 4'th commandment obeyers.
I was in business with my dad. Had a few REALLY amazing equipment buy opportunities on Saturdays was not permitted to buy. The psyche is "The blessings that are associated with the sacrifice there of are insurmountable."

Re: Wow factor
The best prices for sellers is on Sunday mid afternoon till 9;00 pm. Best time to buy mid-week. Sometimes buy it now during the week gets very reasonable deals.
