Hi Mitch,
I don't think Herkimer ever made a combo wrench for the larger engines or at least I've never seen one?
You can use a 13/16" wrench for the head, and a Cox wrench as a spanner for the back. Herkimer did make aluminum donuts or rings that would slip over the cylinder and had a cut and a screw to tighten down, but you could use wood blocks drilled out or rubber/leather strap to remove cylinder...used heat first.

A.U.H. Always Use Heat!!!!
And don't use a adjustable wrench, or if you do use a big one, an adjustabe wrench will always end up messing of head.

ok, well i might not risk messing up the head, and just let the engine sit on the shelf

Is it froze? take off the glowplug and soak it in solvent or thinner for a day or two, oil it up get it warm and see if you can get it to turn over with out using too much pressure.

used to be, used glow fuel to get it un-stuck, turns over like new
