Clutch Cargo cartoon
Hi All,
As a kid,
This cartoon had a 5min. cliffhanger all week,
Saturday morning, we could see it all in one go.
The amount of toy ads were astounding.
There are 51 more,
I hope you like/can relate to this one:

Dave,
P.S. Somehow, they advertised to girls too...
P.P.S. 30yrs ago , I made a .15 version of a Clutch Cargo t-tailed/flapperon bush plane.
I have sketches of a Paddlefoot float plane...

Re: Clutch Cargo cartoon
I remember Clutch Cargo. It used to be broadcast out of WGN in Chicago. I thought it was funny the way their mouths used to float around. If you get ME TV, you might like the Thunderbirds. It comes on Sunday mornings. It's about the adventures of international rescue.

Re: Clutch Cargo cartoon
Hi bsadonkill,
I saw Clutch Cargo from Bufallo. (80kms south of here)
The third B/W station we could get here, with a good antenna...
There are 52 CCargos,
50s animation, 1/20th$ of Disney. and ten times as fast.
The Thunderbirds had a huge budget
Erasing the marionette strings was very high-tech. !
Was later, in colour, I think,
Back to reality,
Dave

Preferred Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons myself.
didnt know there was a black and white Thunderbirds, always seemed in colour to me. Maybe it was the red cordial I was drinking the doctors said was causing all the problems :-)

that just reminded me because of the winkle bit of a cartoon I loved as a kid Rocky and Bullwinkle. And I think they really were in black and white :-)
