No, it's not. I've seen and heard too many Spitfires in my time not to know the real thing! If you are only refering to the sound, that's a typical Merlin howl!

I've heard Rolls-Merlin powered P-51's and never heard the "howl". Also heard a lot of Rolls-Merlin unlimed hydroplanes with no "howl".

Could be, but the Hurricane has a very similar sound, a sort of whistle in the engine note is the best I can describe it, certainly the Merlin has an unmistakable sound, even the Lancaster bomber, with 4 of them, sounds like nothing else.
The B17 has a characteristic sound too, I have a soft spot for the B17, it's the only WW2 bomber I have actually flown in!
