Re: Cox 1996 Catalog
Thanks Levent, excellent find and read!
Quite a number of models with clockwise running propellers (if looked at facing the plane):
Firebird, Aerobat, Corsair..I wonder why COX designed these like that...counter clockwise prop rotation and the associated precession moment fits conventional counter clockwise CL flying direction better i.e pulls the plane into outboard direction, keeping the lines tighter, if I am not wrong?

[quote="Levent Suberk"]Cox 1996 catalog in pdf:
thank you always interested to read these catalogs. i kept up with the one that came with my pt-19 in the late 80's for many years and it eventually disappeared. bought one on ebay in my late 30's just to relive those wonderful childhood memories of dreaming of owning the rc cessna 182. finally got one on my 40th b-day, thanks again

Re: Cox 1996 Catalog
I got one of those IRL
One of the coolest catalogs ever imo due to the fact they show the tee dee rc’s, the rc arfs, the killer bees, and the venom, all of which had very low production numbers. The queen bee is in there as well, and I think 1996 was the last production year of that engine.
What makes it even better for me is I have a tee dee rc 09 and a cox scorpion, both are in the catalog and the scorpion was designed for the cox 09 I have a queen bee as well, a 1988 iirc, great engine, runs super smooth. Anyways, here’s some pictures from my catalog
