B2 Stealth Bomber support-reverse engineering-good read
Interesting.. I got sucked-in by an ad for this. I just love the USAF's aircraft.. past and present. This is a look.. into what needs to be done when certain parts need to be replaced to keep the aircraft operational.

A good read, and I also read a couple of other B2 articles. It sure is a thing of beauty. I remember seeing it flying here many years ago for an airshow.

Within certain limits, a reverse engineered component could be 3D printed to see if it actually fit. When confirmed then go to the more expensive manufacture of the actual component.
