Very nice, but expensive to me. It's a modified car. Someone drilled holes in the Silver bee tank and they are not as in the standard Corvette engine. By the way, where is the fuel tank?? The Comando and Bandero bodies seem to be in good nick and there are extras as the chrome wheels, the tank heat sink and brakes.

No overlord its engine is Not modified its jerobee upgrade fuel Line for larger fuel tank use its aluminium fuel tank now use as heatsink wit the upgrades fins wit vented tank help cool engine plus tink its the two bypas Not just one the cheap models engines use just one bypas wit just 8cc of fuel les rpm low power use the smaler pignon tink its 10 on the bandero look like its the upgrades engine y dont se altération modification just oem parts like new m'y Good y alredy spend lots of mony right now its tight cant buy that one hope some. One wit the $ can buy that Nice pice of collection as its is very Nice chape tink price wil go To hi for me y wont bid on that one so al for u guys

i saw this car about a week ago
if there's no bids i'd say its definitely worth the $250 starting bid- extra body, great looking engine, aluminum support up front, wood support on the front wheel mounts, its got a brake, a heatsink and the whole thing looks super clean. it says its ready to run too. aside from not having a fuel tank, i'd image that's a true statement. for an original jerobee with some convenient modifications, this is for sure worth the $250 in my opinion.

i read somewhere that that modification was done by jerobee for the fuel tank to act as a heat sink iirc

David, the holes drilled by Jerobee as in the Corvette engine tank, are different than the ones on the ebay car. The holes should all be equal and drilled in one circle around the tank, not on top in a half moon shape. It's homemade for sure.

maybe it was a homemade "upgrade" to act as a heatsink like the corvette's fuel tank holes

Not that one use the fins upgrades wit its wy Not complète y tink its oem complète open tink its not oem in fact some have just complète the pattern al around the tank its side pod mising  its kit bandero comme with engine ??? Not sur al of them tink its kit without engine ?  The cars look Good after al mising couple parts Not big problème its parts of the fun of restore old stuf But I hadn't seen that the front had some modification  and its Not the bandero bumper just scrap métal in the Front Not sur if its broken or just try To avoid Front suspension trouble as its easy To break

Not teling how meny hole was made exept its Not the first engine y have found wit strange iregular hole pattern Most just finish the job and complète that wat y tink y have Not mutch info . the one wit just one series of holes is using one bypas Not sur for that one wit strange chape irrégulier mabe home made posible ?? Or its difrent cylinder identification ?? Som of them was modified by jerobee no info on exactly how the one wit two bypas use larger ventury  its hard To Find correct informations on the late model use ratchet pul starter Not réversible like the first one

Look m'y truck use the external tank exept its seal can use water inside plus jerobee upgrade wit tank heatsink its Not home made that one use single bypas cylinder
Ils fuel tube point in the left side pod som of them point the right pod its wy the hole Not at the same place on back litle wit that irrégulier chape y am sure of that its made by jerobee sur at 85% of that informations and y tink the half moon chape found two bypas cylinder and larger ventury tank posible that pattern of hole made for difrent configuration of fuel tank position ??
