Putting the beams through or sitting on top without a gap makes no difference to the slicer software. There is an artifact at the base of the beam to the firewall mount and it shows up on both models. 1 hour and 20 minutes for all three to print.

Ding.....fries are done.

TD mounts fit perfect. The holes in the backplate spacer are off a bit. About 1/2 a hole too wide.

Thats great news! I am not that upset about the holes being off as I now know I have some work to do on the file. But I am even more happy that the TD mount worked out the way it did, and more work went into it. Also thank you very much for taking the time to do the initial test of the pieces.

By looking at it, it looks like I should move the holes in a millimeter each. I will definately change that.

Thanks again!

Thanks Eric. I drew it up by tracing a horseshoe backplate to paper then drawing a grid on it to get the measurements. No science behind it, I went old school. Did my best to draw teh holes as accurate as possible with a thin lead mechanical pencil. I had to do that as my digital calipers were dead..... Need a new battery in them. But I have since redrawn the backplate with 4mm holes instead of 3mm, and also moved both in 1 mm I believe. Now only time will tell. Holes being a bit bigger is not a concern as it is just a spacer.
