Cox Engine identification
Good day everyone,
I am new to this forum and appreciate all your time. I have a Cox engine with a gear reduction and was wondering if anyone had some insight as to what I actually have.
I have attached a few pictures for review, but am hopeful someone will know right away what this is.
Thanks very much for the ad!

Re: Cox Engine identification
It’s a Kress Technology GP-20 gear reduction unit. This one is mounted to a PeeWee .020 with a helicopter back plate. Was used by free flight guys to swing large props. I have one. It makes it pretty heavy with all that metal mounted on the engine.

Thanks so much for that information. I have a few odds and ends that I'm beginning to list on Ebay. Curious about this items value before I list it.

I think I paid ~$100 for mine with a throttle ring peewee. Never know with eBay if you get two fighting over it.
