Either “someone “ still wants his military parade, or the Armed Forces are practicing a “Strafing Run” to help evict the occupants on Jan 20th.

Imagine the noise with 1000 B17’s and 500 P51 Mustangs in the air flying overhead during WW2. That alone would be intimidating and awesome at the same time.

Re: WWII flyover in DC today
We had a week of World War II era airplanes flying over Oahu to commemorate the surrender of the Japanese. The signing of the documents took place on the USS Missouri, which has been restored and home ported here.
14 airplanes were shipped here for the occasion. There were 2 bombers but I don't remember which ones. The sound of just one of them in the air was ominous. 14 airplanes were shipped here for the occasion. Sadly because of covid-19 the ceremony for the event was limited to only high ranking officials.

Here ya go crank.
2020 Arsenal of Democracy Flyover - Live from the National Mall in Washington, D.C. on Saturday, September 26. Pre-event broadcast starts at 9:45am EDT with #WW2Flyover starting at the National Mall at 11:30am EDT.
https://ww2flyover.org/
I'm guessing, tomorrow the link will feature a "watch now" window.

What am I sayin'? We're not two day ahead! If it had of gone ahead I would have missed it by a day.
Sorry it couldn't go ahead. Would have been spectacular.
