Re: My father and an old tool box
Yeah, 60-65 ft/lbs on those MGB lugs Ron. I use a little lube on mine when putting them back on too, haven't had one come off yet but my Dad had a wheel come off an old Model A one time, saw it spinning down the road in front of him.
I have three torque wrenches, but my favorite is this old clicker Craftsman. I can't remember when I got it. I like it better than a deflection beam. 3/8" adapter makes it versatile. I treat it like gold, set it to zero after use and wipe it down.
Bear knocked down my bird feeder again last night. I just put it up again, don't even bother to level it anymore.

Yea Bob did you get a pic with ur game camera? >> Thats some good story of some Hard work Ken . It is amazing how some things stick with you for every as a lesson well learnt ! I only know of one tool box my dad had other than some ammo boxes for storage /no pic actually i just found it yesterday after reading this thread was wondering what the heck happened to it ? Was under some stuff piled on the back porch! Anyway i have quite the area of boxes and tools (now stranded everywhere ) My son just don't get it/care even after telling him (( you know that wrench cost $30 or even more beeing Snap On ,, so i have asked with no luck he use mt found or bought cheap tools . Nice restore Bob you do very good at this bringing back to life action !

No, I have to build something to attach it to in order to get it close enough. I have about five videos using the game camera to capture bears doing their thing. One is pretty impressive, on his back legs standing up and towering over the feeder. Big bear.

Darn i forgot you don't do videos , ya'll got black bear right / i guess they only come out at night . If you built something they would probably tear your camera up or dance .
