Re: .049 Tank Identify
The picture at least to me is not very clear. Showing the front back and side always provide benefits. What I do see is that it utilizes a two hole bolt pattern typical to the older 50's style 1/2A engines like the Wasp.

Re: .049 Tank Identify
Thanks Ken
Might be a wasp however the wasp has kind of a triangle sort of corner protruding where the bolts go through? This appears round all the way. I hope I can adapt it to one of my motors.
Any other guesses?
Thanks again.

Really hard to tell, but the OK Cub 049X used a two bolt tank mount, pretty simlar to the Wasp. More pictures would be great.

Re: .049 Tank Identify
It has to be some sort of aftermarket or home made tank to fit Atwood style mounting pattern.

Re: .049 Tank Identify
Thanks all for the comments. If it wasn't for the Corona thing would already have the tank and would know. Curiosity killing me. Will get when can travel. Arggg.
Hopefully a TeeDee .020 tank that would be really good. My current TD tank runs about 90 seconds this would be two minutes plus.
Appreciated.
Thanks you

Why not just buy the tankless mount for the TD .020 and run off an external tank? Like you I don’t like 90 second runs. All my TD .010’s and .020’s have the tankless mount for that reason.

Re: .049 Tank Identify
Without a better photo or two it's really hard to guess as there were 1/2 dozen engines that used that apposing bolt pattern, but none with two fills as shown. It will be interesting to see, my guess is it's a cobbled up thing.

Very true Cribbs
That would be best. No argument. Still interested in all possibilities. However your suggestion for the tank is a very good one!!
Thank You
