Hmm, my first response didn’t show up. Try again:
1st picture is a engine mount
2nd pict is a gear drive prop shaft for electric motor.

Thanks but, yes, that was a given. What we meant to ask is for which Cox models there parts are.

We have the opportunity to acquire 4 of the firewalls and two of the gears. Perhaps we should get them?

Just curious …. what is the function of the gear on an electric motor? Is the prop not normally fastened to the motor's shaft directly, same as with nitro engines?

Early electrics used gear reduction to swing larger props. The early electric GWS airplanes were all using gear reduction and brushed motors. With the more powerful brushless motors and higher output lipo batteries most are direct drive now.
