Yes, would have to have a frim committed number before we would look into production.

Just sent him a note via ebay mail system. Hopefully he will reply, but not holding my breath, as it has been well over 12 months since he’s been active there. Nothing Venturi nothing gained!!

Re: Cox TD Venturi Wrench Set
Although a machined set would be nice, seems like we as a community should be able to figure out how to make up a set of make-shift wrenches. Looks like we could find some thick walled tubing of the right size, and do some crude machining with a Dremel to get a working set. I don't work with metal tubing for a living, so I'm not sure what would be appropriate/available. Anyone?

Re: Cox TD Venturi Wrench Set
I've got a slightly different design in mind and will check to see if it would be cost effective to produce. Once this is complete, we will post a thread with estimated retail price to gauge the interest.
Re: Cox TD Venturi Wrench Set

I have a Ridenfligh .049 wrench. For everything else I use ignitionfredvon4 wrote:just buy the appropriate size ignition open end wrenches they are small n thin and bend 45~90 degrees......
wrenches. The ones I have are Craftsman stamped steel, not forged,
and are thinner. They still show up on ebay.
Great minds Fred

Re: Cox TD Venturi Wrench Set
I am a machinist, but retired, and that is fine. I never really used a wrench for the venturi. Just tighten it by hand and pinch the venturi and needle with my fingers, then twist the whole works about 1/10 turn. Any more would strip the plastic. Maybe the new aluminum ones could be tighter, but I think it is better to be looser in case of a crash. Not that that could ever be an issue.
