I need a needle valve Unknow10

Anyone help figure out what size and where I can get a needle valve for this beauty? I don't know if it is a .199, .15 or .099. Help!

Looking at the head its not a 19, if it has piston rings its 15, no rings 9.

I can see a piston ring near the top of the piston so I assume it is a 15. Thanks for your help.
