I would like to buy these just to see how they're built. I'm not going to chance it though. Still holding out for a good Medallion deal.
But they are interesting.

Looks like to me it's a 049 with some carb adapted to the rear. Your right, more interesting then anything. What the heck are these? Modified Coxes. Screen14

I certainly hope he wins. It would be interesting to see how they run.

That makes me want to experiment and try to make one. I do have aluminum sheets at the house. I assume the queen bee carb just fits over the backplate? Or does a queen be carb have its own reed set up?

Thats actually why I threw a bid on there and the fact that 2 carbed engines were going so cheap. Those are ,as mrCox said, qb carbs.

Yes G, the qb had a reed retainer, different than a reedie 049 by a little bit, and not actually a part of the carb,it would be interesting to see this presons adaptation, hence another reason to bid, curiosity bit me once again lol

If one of you guys are serrious about wanting them,I will stop bidding now and let you have them,I was just curious to see the adaptations as they coincide with a few projects I have going on Shocked
