Humm About 2 hrs. from home and no plans , other than buying a car soon .. The flying Tigers of Chatham co. are up that way , they fly over Jordan lake http://www.flyingtigersofjordanlake.org/content.aspx?page_id=0&club_id=492721 Sounds like a lot of fun and haven't mad a fly in yet this year .

I was a member of the Flying Tigers, unfortunately we lost that beautiful field. It belongs to the NC Forestry Dept, and apparently even though it is in the middle of a dense Forest, they desperately needed it for a tree farm.
They have a new field I'm told, but it's further away for me so I joined another club. RDRC is a fine field and I'm hoping to be there in November. Have to build something, thinking about a Lil Satan.
