Re: My wall of Cox Engines
Great collection. I wonder if COX models and engines were once sold there or you bought them on ebay? Can you also run them? Beautiful Singapore is so tightly inhabited that it cannot be easy to find a place to run and fly unmuffled COX engines without hurting someones ears..

Re: My wall of Cox Engines
We COX addicts will certainly understand your decision to buy that Venom at the price...at least you paid much less for shipment than I would do here in Hungary.....let alone the customs duties and Value Added Tax imports from the US entail here...

Eric, Muji US doesn't use the "display" word in its item names. Instead, search on "acrylic storage" (link below):
Muji US - catalog search result "acrylic storage"
This search brought up 33 items. One item for example is:
Muji US - Acrylic Storage Glass Case W6.9"xD3.5"xH9.8"
I did not see the one that aungmyatoo has, but it could be possible that the US store doesn't stock it or it is out of stock.
You may find something in the assortment though, or in combination that might work as an engine or accessories display case.

Re: My wall of Cox Engines
George the first link you gave go down to the third row , first item Thanks you both . Ground shipping is only 7.95 so thats not a bad deal , good thing is keeps out smoke and dust to. I got enough engines to fill 2-3 of them and still have fliers .

Thanks, don't know how I missed it, pulled the search up again and yes, it is there. At $28 seems a good quality unit and a nice way to present a collection, keeps dust off the engines and curious hands from touching them.

Re: My wall of Cox Engines
That is so far the best example of a Space Hopper I've seen, aungmyatoo. It looks like new.
According to Wikipedia Cox Model Engine, the cylinder is not numbered, has taper with 2 bypass ports and no boost ports, piston has SPI.
Even though a reed valve engine, Sceptre Flight Model Engine Tests Cox Space Hopper shows impressive performance of 0.096 HP at 18,000 RPM on 30% nitro, perhaps a touch above the Black Widow (0.079 at 15,500 RPM on 15% nitro, Sceptre Flight didn't have test data on 30% nitro). I gather that the Space Hopper had a very well designed venturi for better performance.
